Has anyone managed to get through to Microsoft support in the past few days? I've been stuck on hold for hours—9 hours just today alone, plus 5 hours yesterday and another 3 hours on Tuesday. I'm using the number 1-800-197-960. Any luck on your end?

Have you thought about asking Copilot? Maybe it could help you find some solutions without having to wait on hold.
I haven't called them, but we have regular meetings with Microsoft for our cases. Honestly, it's usually a waste of time. They don’t provide much help during those calls.
