Laptop Won’t Boot Past ASUS Logo After BSOD – Need Help!

I have an Asus Zenbook UX433F running Windows 11, and I'm facing a frustrating issue. Recently, I got a Blue Screen of Death with an "Unexpected Store Exception" error. I tried unplugging all external devices, resetting BIOS to default, and doing a forced reboot, but none of these helped. Now, my laptop just gets stuck on the ASUS logo screen and won't progress whether the devices are plugged in or not. I can't even access the BIOS anymore. What can I do to fix this?

To diagnose the BSOD issue accurately, you’d typically need the dump files from those crashes. If you manage to boot into Windows or Safe Mode, you can check the C:WindowsMinidump directory for crash logs. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a file sharing site so we can take a look. If not, I recommend changing the dump type to 'Small Memory Dump' for future crashes to make troubleshooting easier.

First, try to see if you can still get into the BIOS. If you can, check if your hard drive is detected there. If it’s not showing up, you might be dealing with a dead drive, which would explain the blue screen and boot issues. If it is there but won't boot, you may need to consider reinstalling Windows.

I actually can't get into the BIOS at all, so I'm not sure what's going on with the drive.

It sounds like your laptop is failing to pass the hardware checks during boot-up or having trouble accessing the drive. If you can, try changing the boot priority to see if it’ll boot from a USB drive with an OS or a recovery tool. However, if you can't even get past the logo, that might not work.

Yeah, I've tried that but it still won't let me bypass the logo. I haven't seen any error messages about drives previously, so this is all pretty new.
