Are My Game Performance Benchmark Results Normal?

I recently ran a benchmark test because I've been experiencing lag in my games. I'm new to all of this and I'm having trouble interpreting the 3D Mark benchmark graph results. Can anyone help me figure out if there's anything wrong based on the graph?

The graphs don’t show anything particularly odd, but it’d be helpful to know what hardware you have and what kind of performance you expect. What games are you playing?

I mainly play Valorant and Rainbow Six Siege. I used to get around 190 FPS but now I'm only getting 110-130. My setup includes an RTX 2070 SUPER, an i5 10400, and 16GB of RAM.

From what I see, everything looks pretty normal. It’s worth checking if your settings are putting a strain on your hardware, though.

Check if your settings might be too high for your hardware. Could also be network issues. Your graph seems fine aside from that drop to 20-25 FPS, which is quite low.
