I'm using Windows 11 on my PC and trying to stream my screen to my LG smart TV using the "connect to a wireless display" feature. Everything works fine initially, but as I approach the one-hour mark, the streaming quality starts to decline significantly, and eventually, it disconnects completely. I'm trying to figure out how to avoid this issue. If it really comes down to it, I could borrow my brother's Apple TV for streaming, but I'm looking for a better solution.

Honestly, if you can, just plug your PC directly into the TV with an HDMI cable for those long streaming sessions. The quality will be way better, and you won’t have to deal with the disconnection issues. Even though I get that your TV is a bit far away, it’s usually the most reliable option. Plus, many devices struggle with Wi-Fi for extended periods at high quality.
It might be due to a network issue known as bufferbloat, which can affect your router's performance. You could check out some tools online to test your bufferbloat. It’s worth a look!
Yeah, I checked it out, and it was really informative! Thanks!

I get that, but my TV is about 6 meters away, and there's a door in the way for the cable. Might need to think it through a bit more. Appreciate the suggestion!
