I'm connected to the internet via a Cat6 Ethernet cable, and everything seems great for gaming and downloading updates. However, I'm facing major issues with anything that's not gaming. Chrome, Discord, and YouTube are incredibly slow, and I can't even watch streams. I've tried toggling hardware acceleration in both Chrome and Discord, changed my IPv4 to use Google DNS, disabled IPv6, and checked with Xfinity, but nothing helps. It feels like my internet is favoring gaming at the expense of everything else. I can barely check my email on my PC! Any idea what's going on?

28% packet loss is a big red flag! That could be causing issues for your browsing. Make sure your cables are up to standard; cheap Cat6 cables often cause more problems than they solve.
Have you reached out to Xfinity about this? They might be able to check if something’s wrong on their end.
Are you using an Xfinity router/modem combo, or do you have separate devices? Also, it helps to run a speed test to check your bandwidth and latency. You can use a site like speed.cloudflare.com to see your current speeds.
I'm using the router/modem combo with a 600mbs plan. I got 648mbps download, 128mbps upload, 20.3ms latency, 4.54ms jitter, but 28% packet loss. The results are similar on my phone too. Not sure about the server location affecting it.

I haven't contacted them since everything else works fine on my other devices.
