Is a Fan Hub Necessary for My PC Build?

I'm new to upgrading my PC and I'm wondering if I really need to invest in a fan hub for my setup. Here's my current build: I have almost everything ready to go except for the motherboard and case, which are arriving on Monday. My AIO cooler will handle two fans, but I'm also installing three additional fans at the front. Do I need a hub for all these fans, or can they connect directly to the motherboard?

The SFX PSU works fine with an adapter if you're aiming for a cleaner look, but make sure it provides enough power for your components. What other upgrades are you considering?

You probably won't need a fan hub. Most motherboards come with enough fan headers to support multiple fans, so you can connect them in groups. Just make sure to check how many headers your motherboard has! Oh, and by the way, why did you choose an SFX power supply for an ATX case?
