Why does my laptop connect to WiFi but have no internet access?

I'm having a strange issue where my laptop connects to WiFi but doesn't show any signs of connecting to the internet, even though my other devices like my work laptop, PlayStation, and phone work perfectly. I've already tried a few things like restarting my laptop, forgetting the network, and resetting the network adapters, but nothing seems to help. Running a network test indicates I'm connected, which is puzzling. I also tried resetting the router, but that didn't resolve the problem either. I did find that adding an alternate DNS server and restarting the network adapters fixed the issue, but I'm curious if there are any other solutions or tips for similar problems.

Definitely start with resetting the router. Many connectivity issues often stem from there.

Have you tried resetting your WiFi router? Sometimes that can resolve connectivity issues quite easily.

Okay! But unfortunately, that didn’t work for me.
