I'm in the market for a GPU to pair with my Ryzen 7 7700X, aiming for 1440p or 1080p gaming. I'm considering the 9060XT but I'm unsure if it's the best option. Can anyone provide some suggestions?

How's your CPU performing currently? I have a 7700X paired with a 9070 and thought it would be great, but I feel like my performance is lacking. I get good peak FPS, but my lows drop below 140 every few seconds. What's your experience?

The 9060XT with 16GB is an excellent choice for 1080p and even decent at 1440p. Plus, you've got a solid CPU that works well with higher-tier GPUs!
The 9060XT is a great fit for your budget and resolution. I have a 9070XT and it's fantastic, I usually game at 4K without issues. That said, the 5060Ti with 16GB might offer better ray tracing performance and support DLSS in more titles, but it could be pricier. There are some tweaks you can make with AMD's upscaling, so keep that in mind!
