I've been having trouble with audio on my Windows 11 PC for the last few days. My Bluetooth headphones—specifically, my Bose QC headphones and AirPods—aren't producing sound, even though the settings show that audio is playing through them. I've tried several things to fix this, including rolling back a Windows update, disabling the Hands-Free option in Device Manager, reinstalling the Bluetooth and audio drivers from my motherboard's manufacturer, and even resetting Windows with the 'remove everything' option. Here are my PC specs for reference: Ryzen 5 9600X, 9070XT, Asus B650E Max Gaming Motherboard, 32GB DDR5 RAM at 6000 MT/s, and a 2TB SSD.

It might help to reinstall your audio drivers. I had a similar issue where my Realtek drivers became corrupted and a reinstall fixed it.
Have you tried re-pairing your Bluetooth headset? Sometimes just disconnecting and connecting again can resolve these issues.
If you still can't get the headphones to work, consider using some wired speakers as a temporary solution. They worked fine for me on Windows 11.
