I recently came into possession of seven Samsung Galaxy A8 tablets that have Valvoline software installed on them. My boss, who owns a retro games shop, received them from a customer but couldn't reset them, so he offered them to me. When I tried to set one up, I found out it wasn't private due to being controlled by an admin and had both Maas360 and Knox on it. I've attempted a factory reset, but I can't remove these restrictions. I tried using ABD app control and Samfw, but my laptop doesn't recognize the tablets when I connect them via USB. They only charge up. I'm stuck with these tablets and can't figure out how to use them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you considered using ODIN to flash the original firmware? If there's an OEM version compatible with your model, that should help you wipe the admin settings.
