I'm trying to figure out how to select several videos and have them play back-to-back. Every time I search for solutions, I'm only finding advice on creating an album for a slideshow, but that just shows short clips of the videos instead of the full content. I'm looking for a way to do this without using any video editing software.

Instead of using a slideshow, you should create a playlist. This lets you play all your chosen videos consecutively without any interruptions.
