I currently have an RX 580 paired with a Ryzen 5 3600, and I'm considering upgrading to an RTX 5060. Right now, I'm running a 500 watt bronze PSU. Will I need to upgrade my power supply if I switch to this new GPU? Any advice would be appreciated!

You shouldn’t need to change your PSU. If it handles the RX 580, it can definitely handle the RTX 5060 since they’re pretty similar in terms of power requirements.

You’re going to see a nice boost in performance! Just keep an eye on the PCIe lanes—it's worth noting that the 5060 uses PCIe 5 x 8, but it's compatible with PCIe 3 and 4 as well.

The RTX 5060 actually consumes less power than the RX 580, so your current 500 watt PSU should be just fine for that upgrade.
