I recently updated to Windows 11 by accident, and my system has been lagging with just 16GB of RAM sometimes. There's a seller offering 16GB at 5200MHz for only $115. Should I go ahead and buy it now or wait for a better deal?

I would say hold out for something better. DDR5 is great, but you might want to look for 6000MHz or at least something higher than 5200MHz. It's worth it in the long run.
That sounds like a decent deal, but first, make sure to ask whether it's a single stick or a pair. If it's only one stick, think about your current setup and whether you can upgrade later on. RAM can run best in matched pairs, plus you might want to consider if it's compatible with your existing RAM.
I’d skip on that for now. If it feels sketchy at all, it probably is. Just wait for a deal from a more reliable source.
Honestly, just go back to Windows 10. It usually runs more smoothly with lower RAM requirements, plus it might help with that lag you're seeing without needing to spend now.
