I've been experiencing a really annoying issue with my iPhone 12 where all audio is routed through the phone call speaker instead of the regular speaker. This happens across various apps like YouTube, Instagram, and even during regular calls and FaceTime. I'll select the speaker option, and it seems to work for a short time, but then it just switches back to the call speaker spontaneously. It's super frustrating because it happens constantly without any clear reason. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

Sounds like you're referring to the small speaker at the top of the phone, right? That's usually just for calls. This could be a software glitch or possibly a hardware issue with your audio settings. Have you tried restarting your phone or checking for any software updates?
What’s the difference between a 'call speaker' and the regular speaker anyway? The call speaker is that tiny one at the top you use when holding the phone to your ear, while the regular speaker is meant for music and videos. I wonder if there’s an issue with how your phone's routing audio.
