I'm having trouble with my Cyberlink Power2Go 8 software. When I try to launch it, it shows a terminal window for a couple of seconds and then crashes. I've already done a clean installation, ensured my product is registered, and tried running it in compatibility mode and as an administrator. My setup is on Windows 11, and I originally installed the software using an ASUS CD/DVD that came with a BluRay writer. I also got an error saying it doesn't support the current resolution and DPI settings. Any help would be appreciated!

Be cautious when making BIOS changes or altering your disk setup, as these can risk data loss. It's a good idea to back everything up before you start experimenting with system settings. You might want to check the FAQ thread for some insights, too!
Have you tried using Revo Uninstaller Free? It can help you do a thorough uninstall by removing leftover registry entries that can cause issues. After that, a fresh install might work better for you.

Thanks for the heads up! I always keep backups, but I’ll definitely tread carefully.
