I've been experiencing some weird temperature issues with my Intel Core i7-14700KF. When the system is idle, temperatures are ranging from 40-60 degrees Celsius, but during stress tests, the temperature spikes up to 100 degrees. I've tried a few things to troubleshoot:
- I repasted the CPU three times.
- I confirmed that the fans are working.
- The pump is operating at about 2000-2300 RPM.
- The AIO tubes show one is warm while the other is cool.
- The radiator feels slightly warm.
For context, I built this PC about two years ago, and everything ran smoothly until now. I used a contact plate for the CPU, and my AIO cooler is a Corsair ICUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX XT paired with a Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite X AX motherboard. Just recently, I changed my old non-RGB NZXT case fans for some new ICUE LINK RX120 MAX fans and LX140 fans. I installed everything correctly, but that's when I noticed the thermal issues starting. Any advice would be super helpful!

Have you considered using an LGA1700 contact frame? They can help improve thermal contact between the CPU and cooler.
Have you updated your BIOS recently? Sometimes that can help with thermal management.
Yeah, I've already done the BIOS update, and everything's the latest version.

I installed one when I built the system, so I think that should be fine.
