I'm trying to use the 2TB hard drive from my old Xbox One (model 720) with my computer, but I'm having trouble. The light on the drive doesn't turn on, although I can feel it spinning. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make it work?

It sounds like you're dealing with a Seagate SCSI hard drive from the Xbox. One thing to try is connecting the drive to your PC before you power it on. Once it's connected, you might need to format it. You can do this by opening Disk Management (just type 'diskmgmt.msc' in the Windows search).
