I work in tech and often have multiple browsers (Mozilla and Chrome) open while also using Photoshop and Lightroom for my photography work. Plus, I want to dive back into gaming, especially survival horror and soulsborne titles, with mods.

Your build looks functional, but consider that the 7950X3D might not be the best fit since Photoshop and Lightroom don’t heavily utilize many cores. In benchmarks, the Ryzen 7 9850X3D often performs better for these applications but with fewer cores. You could save some cash while still having a powerful setup. By the way, are you located in the US? That budget of $5k—does it include peripherals too?
