I'm working with a web developer to redesign our medical clinic's website, and she keeps requesting my Google login. I invited her as an admin to our Google Business Profile, but she insists she needs the owner login to set up tools like Search Console, Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and others. I'm really uncomfortable giving out my Gmail account due to privacy issues, especially because this involves sensitive HIPAA information. Is there a way to allow her to do what she needs without giving her direct access to my personal account?

Definitely don’t share your Gmail password! She should be able to set up everything she mentioned just with admin access. If she absolutely needs something done that requires owner permissions, just do it together over a screen share instead. Protect your credentials!

Totally agree, especially since it's a medical clinic. You could be risking a huge HIPAA violation if you give her direct access!
