I'm wondering if there are any enterprise Linux distributions that come with KDE and also offer commercial support, similar to what Ubuntu, Red Hat, or SUSE provides. Any suggestions?

AlmaLinux also has GNOME and KDE Live ISOs available. Give that a look!
If you're looking for something solid, SUSE is definitely one of the top picks for enterprise KDE support!
SUSE Leap 16 is another option that runs KDE and offers commercial support.
It's a bit tricky to have both long-term support and KDE since KDE tends to be more of a rolling release, which may not fit the traditional enterprise model.
Definitely check out openSUSE! They have a good reputation in the enterprise space and support KDE well.
