I've been having issues with my phone where it keeps powering off unexpectedly. Last night, it shut down, but I managed to turn it back on after some time. I turned it off again and went to bed. This morning, it powered on just fine, and while I was in the shower, I left it charging, and it was still working when I got back. I thought that maybe deleting some apps to free up storage would help, but while I was doing that, it crashed again.
This is the second phone that has had similar problems, and I haven't downloaded anything that might cause issues like my last phone did. I'm really worried that this phone is going to end up like the previous one, where it couldn't even get past the startup logo anymore. I'm desperate for help figuring out how to fix this or even diagnosing the issue!

It sounds like you might have a battery issue rather than just a software glitch. Is your phone crashing while charging, or does it stay on when not plugged in? If it crashes even when plugged in, that could definitely point to a battery problem.
Have you checked if your phone's software is up to date? Sometimes a simple update can resolve a lot of issues. If you haven't updated it in a while, that might be a good place to start.
