I was trying to increase my RAM frequency from 2000 to 3000 MHz on my first PC (which has 16GB DDR5 and a 4080 graphics card). After saving the changes in BIOS, the display suddenly went dark. I panicked and reset the PC, but now I have no display at all. What can I do to fix this?

If you're dealing with a CyberPower prebuilt, there can be tricky spots to access the components, so if someone is helping you, make sure they know how to reach those jumpers without damaging anything. Don't give up, you'll get through this!
Don't panic! You may just need to restore default settings. If you're able to, try entering the BIOS setup during boot (usually by hitting Del or F2). If you can't get to that point, manually resetting the jumper like mentioned might be your best bet. There will definitely be a way to get it back up and running.
I had a similar issue once, and following the jumper method worked for me. Good luck!
Sounds like your RAM settings might not be supported. The first thing you should try is resetting your BIOS. Because you can't see anything on your screen, you can reset BIOS by moving a jumper on your motherboard. This usually involves turning off your PC, unplugging it, and finding the jumper pins near the CMOS battery. Move the jumper from its usual position, leave it for a few seconds, and then set it back. That should reset the BIOS.
That's a good idea! Just make sure you double-check your motherboard manual for the jumper location if you're not sure.

Right? I also had trouble reaching mine. Just gotta be careful with those tiny screws!
