In general, you shouldn't need to allow data access to charge. If it asked, it might be just a precaution since you connected to a computer. If it helps ease your mind, changing passwords could be a good step!
Unless you specifically accepted data access, it shouldn't be a problem. The prompt could just be a standard message when connecting to a computer, but saying no means your data should remain secure.
If you only got a prompt to trust the computer but just allowed charging, you should be fine! Typically, you don't need to give data access just to charge your phone.
