I'm looking for some recommendations on a PC build that costs around $1000. I already have a 27-inch IPS monitor and currently use a laptop for coding. Now, I want to dive into gaming as well, so any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. I don't have much experience with building PCs yet, but I'm eager to learn more. Thanks in advance!

For a budget like yours, I'd suggest considering a used PC. Look for something with an AM4 socket CPU like the 5700x3d, at least 1TB SSD, 16GB of RAM, and a GPU like the RTX 3070 or something similar. It should handle both gaming and coding quite well!
Check out Zack Tech Turf's guide for an $800 PC build. It's super helpful, especially since RAM prices have been high lately. You can definitely get a solid setup within your budget!
Just a heads up, it would help to know what types of games you're looking to play and what coding tasks you have in mind. Are we talking casual games or more demanding ones like Cyberpunk 2077? That info would give better direction for building your PC.
