I'm looking to set up a dual boot system with Windows 10 and my existing Linux Mint installation. I want to make sure I can keep all my files on Linux and avoid having to reinstall all my applications. Any tips on how to do this? Thanks in advance!

One easy alternative is to run Windows as a virtual machine from your Linux setup. Using tools like VirtManager or KVM can make this pretty seamless!

Are you looking to share files between the two OSes? You can definitely dual boot on the same hard drive.

Just a heads up, Windows and Linux apps aren’t compatible, so you’ll need to set up each OS separately, no matter what. You might end up reconfiguring some things on Linux, unfortunately.
