My company currently lacks a proper cybersecurity setup, with employees accessing devices using either local or personal Microsoft accounts. We do utilize Google Workspace for company email, but that's as far as it goes. I'm looking to enhance our security and control over our devices. Ideally, I want a system that allows me to easily manage access to PCs, laptops, and mobile devices like iPhones. Here are my key requirements: 1) Grant or revoke access efficiently when an employee joins or leaves; 2) Ensure that only company accounts are used to log in; 3) Basic management of devices; 4) Monitor activities such as logins or logouts; 5) Get alerts for any sensitive data transferred outside the business. Given that we're starting from scratch, what would be a good foundational setup to implement?

It sounds like you're in need of a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system. If you're already connected with Microsoft services, Intune could be a great choice for managing your devices.

But what if we’re mostly using Google services? Would Intune still work, or should we consider something else?
