I'm curious if anyone has experience using the Cost Management Power BI app for Enterprise Agreements. How useful do you find it? Does Microsoft frequently update it? Also, what kind of user access is required to connect to Azure with this app? Any insights would be appreciated!

From what I've seen, the app is decent for a high-level overview of costs, but it might not meet all your needs. In my experience, I had to create custom reports from its dataset to get meaningful insights for my organization. For a starting point, it's fine, but definitely consider looking into the FinOps model on Azure for more detail. Just be aware that the pre-built FinOps hub can get pricey depending on your Azure spending.
Did you use the template app from Microsoft? I was thinking of going with it but I'm hitting some access issues.
