Help Needed: New PC Crashes and Stability Issues

I recently built a new PC for my sibling and it's having some strange issues that I need help with. Here are the specs:

- **GPU**: ASUS Dual Radeon RX 9060 XT White Edition – 16GB GDDR6
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X (tray CPU)
- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte B850M DS3H ICE (AM5)
- **RAM**: Lexar THOR DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) 6000 MHz CL38
- **SSD**: WD_BLACK SN7100 1TB NVMe
- **Cooler**: DeepCool AG400 WH ARGB V2
- **PSU**: DeepCool PQ850G 850W 80+ Gold

The operating system is Windows 11 and it's fully updated, along with the BIOS and drivers. The parts are all new, except the CPU which I got as a tray version.

**The issues I'm facing are:**
1. **Random black screens during gaming**: While playing Genshin Impact, the PC sometimes gives me a black screen, requiring a hard reset. The system seems to freeze completely, even though temperatures are normal.
2. **System instability under combined stress**: I ran stress tests with AIDA64; when testing multiple components together, the PC crashes, even though single-component tests pass.
3. **EXPO/RAM issues**: Enabling EXPO in BIOS causes boot failures, so the system is currently stable only at default speeds, which doesn't feel right for DDR5 6000 MHZ RAM.

Any advice on how to figure out which component might be faulty or what steps I should take next?

First off, make sure you know the revision of your motherboard. Sometimes, BIOS versions and chipset revisions can create unusual stability issues, especially with new components. Also, try running a memory test with MemTest86+ or TestMem5 to see if higher speeds throw any errors. That’s been a common issue in my builds. If you spot errors at default speeds, then you've pinpointed a problem with the RAM.

I’m going to test it tomorrow with MemTest86+ at default speeds to check for any issues.
