Hey everyone, I ran into a weird issue with my Tecknet TK-MS007 mouse. When I restarted my work computer, it suddenly switched to a Windows generic driver, and now my mouse isn't functioning. I can't seem to find the original driver at home or even on Tecknet's website. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to get it back to work?

Well, if it was working before, then the Windows driver might not be compatible with your mouse's wireless features. Try to troubleshoot it a bit: make sure it's charged or the USB receiver is securely connected. Sometimes just unplugging the USB receiver and plugging it back in can help.

What’s the actual problem with the Windows driver? It’s a pretty standard mouse, right? It might just be lacking extra features, but usually, those basic drivers should work. Can you give me more details about what's not working?
