Why are my FPS capped after turning off G-Sync?

I've been enjoying my experience with the 5060 graphics card, but recently I tried enabling Nvidia G-Sync and other sync-related features. Everything was fine while using them, but after I disabled these settings in all the programs (Nvidia app, games, Windows settings, Nvidia control panel, etc.), I've noticed that my FPS seems capped. Before I activated G-Sync, I was hitting over 200 FPS in Hogwarts Legacy with features like frame generation and DLSS. Now, my FPS is maxed out at 144, which is the refresh rate of my monitor, and it won't go higher even when I adjusted the monitor settings. I've noticed that there's a Windows option for "Optimizations for windowed games" that might activate V-Sync, but turning that off hasn't helped either. It's not a huge issue, but I'd love some assistance with this. Thanks!

Have you checked to make sure that V-Sync is completely disabled? Sometimes it can be easy to overlook that in the settings.

Yes, I've turned off all sync options across the board.
