I've been using my iPhone 11 for nearly 5 years, and while it worked perfectly fine until now, I'm at a real loss for what to do with it. They say my storage has been full for months even though I recently bought more storage and deleted a lot of stuff. I don't have much on my phone to begin with, so it's pretty frustrating!
I'm hesitant to optimize my storage because I don't want to risk losing my photos, and since this is my only device, it really worries me. Right now, I can't access my camera or microphone, can't download anything, and I can't see my pictures either. I'm in a tough spot here – any advice would be appreciated!

It sounds like you might be mixing up your phone storage with iCloud storage. Check how much actual storage your phone is using, as this could be misleading. Sometimes, even if you delete stuff, some remnants can stay hidden, so it's good to dig a little deeper into your settings.
That’s a fair amount, but if you’re running into issues, I’d suggest checking out some old apps or cached data that might be taking up unnecessary space.

It says 109.7 GB out of 200 GB is used right now.
