I'm currently using an AM4 setup with a Ryzen 5700G, paired with 32 GB of DDR4 RAM running at 3200 MHz. When playing Overwatch and Minecraft, I typically get around 190 FPS during intense moments at 1080p, but I'm aiming for a stable 240 FPS. I'm open to suggestions based on my current hardware, especially what CPU would work well with the RX 9070 XT, and my budget is flexible depending on what will help me achieve that frame rate.

There are plenty of options for CPUs, but we really need to know your budget to give the best advice. You shouldn't just pick a CPU based on the GPU alone; more context would help narrow it down a lot!
If you're sticking with AM4, the Ryzen 5800X would be a great upgrade without breaking the bank. However, if you're willing to switch to AM5 and DDR5, you could explore a broader range of CPUs that will last longer, though the initial cost will be higher. The 5800X offers solid performance right now but might not hold up as well in a few years, so weigh your options carefully.
Considering the price of the X3D, sticking with AM4 might be the best bet unless you really want to go all out with AM5.
For DDR4, your best choices are the 5800X3D or even looking at Intel's i5-13th or 14th gen. If you decide to go for DDR5, then an AM5 7600X and up would be worth considering.

I've updated the post with more details about my setup.
