I'm building a new PC focused on video editing and 3D animation/rendering, with gaming as a secondary goal. I already have an ASUS RTX 5070 Ti GPU, but I'm unsure about which CPU to choose. I've heard that Intel might perform better than AMD for these tasks, but I'm not entirely convinced. Also, RAM prices are quite high, so I'll need to stick with a DDR4 motherboard. Any recommendations?

I've noticed that in some places, the i5 and i7 models are pricier, while the KF versions are cheaper. The KF models are pretty similar, just without integrated graphics, so you'd probably save some money. As for the i9, if your workload is heavy, it might be worth it, but the i7 should satisfy most tasks for video editing and 3D work!
If you're sticking with DDR4, I'd recommend going with Intel's 14th gen processors for the best performance. The i5-14600KF, i7-14700KF, and i9-14900KF are all great options depending on your budget and performance needs.
