Hey everyone! I'm building a new PC primarily for playing Counter-Strike 2, and I need some advice on which graphics card to get. I'll be gaming at 1280x960 resolution with competitive settings. My budget for the graphics card is up to $950. In Poland, I can get the Sapphire 9070XT Nitro+ or the Sapphire Nitro+ 7900XT for that price. I'd love the 9800X3D, but I'm stuck choosing between the RTX 5070, RX 9070 (maybe the XT), and RX 7900XT. Benchmarks have been all over the place, with different cards performing better in different tests. By the way, I'm also picking up a 400Hz Zowie monitor. What do you guys think? Which card should I go for?

The reason you're seeing varying results in benchmarks is because each one tests under different conditions like resolution and settings. Based on what I've seen, the RX 9070 or 9070 XT would probably be your best bet for competitive settings. The 5070 might take the lead in higher quality settings, but for your resolution, the 9070 could edge it out.
Thanks! I thought the RX wouldn't perform as well as the 5070, especially since it was released around the time of that video, and I heard the AMD drivers weren't optimized yet.
