I have an EVGA 2080 Ti that's idling at 95 degrees Celsius, which seems really high to me. I'm not sure what to do to lower the temperatures. Any advice?

Make sure you’re using Celsius for GPU temperatures. If it really is 95°C, that’s too high! Fresh thermal paste would really help, and you might want to consider doing the same for the CPU if it's around the same age.

You should repaste your GPU and clean it up. There are plenty of guides online for how to do it. It's usually just a few screws and some fan cables, plus you’ll need to wipe off the old thermal paste and reapply new paste. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, it might be worth taking it to a local PC repair shop.

First, is that temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius? If it's Fahrenheit, it's actually fine, but if it's in Celsius, then you definitely should consider reapplying the thermal paste.

That definitely doesn't sound right at all. If your GPU is idling that hot, it's possible that the thermal paste is drying out and needs to be replaced. That can really affect the cooling performance.
