Help Needed: My New PC’s CPU Overheats During Certain Games

Hey everyone! I recently bought a pre-built PC that was quite an investment, and I'm facing a frustrating issue. The CPU seems to overheat when I play certain games. For instance, I can smoothly play titles like Fallout 4, Battlefield 6, GTA 5, and ARC Raiders without any trouble. However, games like Assassin's Creed Origins, Apex Legends, COD BO3 Zombies, and Rust cause the CPU temperature to spike to 95 degrees Celsius, even with all settings on low. Interestingly, I can play two rounds of Rainbow 6 Siege without a hitch, but as soon as I start the third game, the CPU again hits 95 degrees and remains there until I quit. I'm using an MSI liquid cooler (AIO) for the CPU, but I can't seem to pinpoint the issue. Below are my PC specs. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can enjoy my games without worrying about overheating! If you need more info, feel free to ask!

What MSI AIO cooler are you using? Knowing the radiator size (like 240mm or 360mm) could help. It sounds like the cooler might not be doing its job properly. Make sure the pump and fans are all running and increasing in speed as the CPU temp rises. You could monitor it with HWINFO64. If you got it from a well-known brand, their customer support is usually worth contacting for help.

I checked the label on my cooler, and it says it's a 360mm CPU Liquid Cooler with 4 ARGB fans. I did download software to monitor it, and while the fans ramp up when temperatures rise, they aren't keeping the CPU cool enough. I bought this PC from Costco, and when I reached out to them, they just gave me a number to call in the USA. Kind of a hassle given the time difference!
