I have a Ryzen 7600X3D and a 4060 Ti, and I'm trying to decide between getting an NZXT 240 AIO cooler or a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120. I'm curious about which one would be more efficient and worth purchasing for my setup.

If aesthetics are your thing, go for the AIO. But realistically, it won’t make much difference performance-wise.
The Phantom Spirit might be a little overkill, but that's not a bad thing. I’m using a single tower air cooler with my 7600, and I rarely go above the mid 50s while gaming.
Between the two, the Phantom Spirit is a better value; it outperforms the NZXT and is cheaper. By the way, why not consider a thermalright AIO? You can get a 240mm for around $40 or even a 360mm for $50. Just make sure your case can fit it!
You can definitely make do with the Phantom Spirit. It’s a solid cooler!
Honestly, a single tower air cooler is more than enough for that CPU; it doesn’t draw much power at all.
I’d definitely go for the Phantom Spirit. An AIO cooler is only worth it if it really outperforms the air cooler, which in this case, it doesn’t.
