I've noticed that my screen looks unusually sharp, and everything seems jagged—especially round icons that lack anti-aliasing. This issue started about 2-3 days after a power outage, which has me worried it could be related. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, such as uninstalling and reinstalling drivers with DDU, formatting my PC, resetting the NVIDIA Control Panel to its default settings, updating the monitor driver (AOC 24G4X - 1080p), switching from DisplayPort to HDMI, and playing with upscaling options. My resolution is set to 1920x1080 both in Windows and in the NVIDIA Control Panel, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. Any tips on how to fix this?

Have you checked your monitor's settings? Sometimes there's a sharpness option that can be adjusted.
I checked, but I don’t think my monitor has a sharpness setting.
You might want to try turning off HDR if it's enabled. Sometimes that can cause weird display issues.
