PC Turns On But No Signal to Monitor – Help Needed!

I replaced a broken fan on my RTX 3070 yesterday and also repasted my CPU after cleaning the cooler. Now, the system powers on and all fans are running, but I'm not getting any signal to my monitor. I thought I might have damaged the GPU, so I installed a new one (RTX 5070), but still no signal. Here's what I've tried so far:

- Reseating RAM (both with one stick and two sticks)
- Removing and reinserting the CMOS battery after a few minutes
- Shorting the CMOS pins both when the PC is on and off
- Reseating the GPU multiple times and verifying that power cables are connected properly
- Checking for any disconnected cables
- Connecting just the DP cable and power, with no other peripherals
- Loosening the CPU heatsink screws slightly to reduce pressure

I might have accidentally damaged the motherboard during my work inside. My CPU doesn't have integrated graphics, and I ordered a new motherboard that won't arrive until Monday. The PC was fine before this, and I've reseated the 3070 before without problems; there's also no visible damage to the PCIE slot. If anyone has experienced similar issues or found a solution, I'd really appreciate your help! The specs are:

- Motherboard: Asrock B660M-HDV (1 PCIE slot, no LED indicators for errors, no startup sound)
- CPU: i5 13600KF
- GPU: RTX 3070 (tested with new 5070 too)
- RAM: 2x16GB 3200MHz
- PSU: EVGA 650W bronze

Have you checked all the power connections to the GPU? Sometimes it’s easy to overlook one of those connectors, especially when reseating everything. Also, I’d double-check that there’s no dust in the PCIE slot. If you've reseated the RAM and GPU multiple times and are still having issues, it might be a motherboard issue.

You might want to try taking the CMOS battery out for about 30 seconds instead of just shorting the pins. Also, if you have any way to test with onboard video outputs (though I know you mentioned your CPU lacks an iGPU), that could be a good alternative if you had a different CPU to test. Sometimes, resetting the CMOS the right way can actually help in these situations.
