Advice for Building a Gaming PC on a €1000 Budget

I'm looking to build a PC setup with a budget of €1000, and I want to make sure I'm choosing the right components. My main goal is to play games at 1440p, even if it's at 60Hz—that works for me. I don't have much experience with building PCs, so I appreciate any guidance you can provide. Thanks in advance for your help!

You can definitely aim for a Ryzen 7600x paired with a 9060xt. A 16GB RAM kit (2x8GB) and a 1TB SSD should also fit in your budget, especially if you're okay with stretching it by around €50-75. Just to clarify, what country are you in? Also, are you looking to include peripherals like a monitor, keyboard, and mouse in that budget?

€1000 is a decent budget! Just keep your expectations realistic. You can definitely aim for 1440p at 60fps, but you may not be able to run every game on max settings. Here’s a solid build to consider:
- CPU: Ryzen 5 7600 or something similar
- GPU: Look for an RX 6700 XT or similar
- RAM: 16GB is good, 32GB if you find a deal
- Storage: 1TB NVMe drive
- PSU: 650W from a reputable brand (don’t cheap out here!)
This setup will handle 1440p quite nicely as long as you don't go overboard with the CPU. The GPU will be the star of the show for your needs. Let me know if you want a specific parts list for your area!
