I'm trying to find an adapter that connects a male Micro USB (used as HOST) to a male USB Type C (acting as the target device). I've searched online but can't find anything specific where the Micro USB side functions as HOST. Any suggestions?

What do you need this setup for? It sounds like you're trying to accomplish something specific.
I don't think there's a direct cable like that, but you can use adapters! Get a Micro USB to USB A adapter, then just use a standard USB A to USB C cable. You should be able to set the Micro device as the host from your settings, too.
Look for USB OTG cables! They are specifically designed for smartphones with Micro USB ports to act as a host for connecting other devices.
Check out Newegg. They often have options for this type of adapter. Just plug a standard USB-C Male-Male into your setup.
