I'm trying to update the BIOS on my Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC so I can enable TPM 2.0 for playing Call of Duty. However, I've hit a wall with multiple issues: the Q-Flash tool in the BIOS says the file is invalid when I try to upload it. I even reached out for help but got no real solutions. I've searched for different BIOS revisions but keep getting errors that the file is unrecognized or not a valid ISO. I'm feeling super frustrated and really need some guidance on how to get this update done!

Check the official Gigabyte website for the BIOS update instructions specific to your motherboard model. Sometimes the USB drive needs to be formatted properly or the BIOS file has to be renamed. They usually provide step-by-step guidance there.
You could also download the Gigabyte Control Center application. It has an option to update your BIOS directly through the software, which might be easier than using Q-Flash.
I couldn’t find the app center, and the one I downloaded wouldn’t work either.
Make sure you're downloading the correct BIOS version for your specific motherboard version. If you're getting an invalid file message, it's likely you have the wrong file. You can find the exact version label on your motherboard itself.

It might be the USB drive's formatting that's causing issues.
