Help! My Computer Sounds Like a Helicopter—What’s Going On?

I'm having an issue with my new build where it sounds like a helicopter when running. I've made sure all the cables are connected correctly with the AIO cooler, and my fans appear to be correctly set up, but it's driving me crazy. This noise is constant; I can even hear it while just idling across the room, and it only gets louder during heavy tasks. My idle temperature is 27°C, but it peaks at 78°C during stress tests. I suspect it might be linked to the fan curve settings in the BIOS since I've read various suggestions online. Any advice?

Have you checked the fan settings in your motherboard BIOS? If your fans are set to "Auto Detect," they might not be working optimally. Try switching them to "PWM" mode instead; it usually helps lower the noise significantly.

They are set to PWM mode according to my BIOS screenshots. Do you think the fan curve might still be too high if I haven’t changed anything? Here's a link to the settings I have: https://imgur.com/a/5UXedjM.

Make sure to check if your fans have any obstructions like loose cables or old stickers stuck to them. Sometimes, those little things can cause a lot of noise!

I've checked all that carefully. Everything's plugged in right, and there’s no debris left behind. The noise is more of a constant drone than a rattling sound. I think the sound is probably coming from the AIO, because my previous air cooler was super quiet.
