I've been dealing with constant low memory warnings on my HP Envy laptop, which I bought back in 2020. It seems like every time I turn around, I'm getting prompts to free up space for updates. Most of my personal files are on a separate drive because I originally thought that would keep my system drive clean. I've already tried running disk cleanup and deleting temporary files, but I'm still stuck. Is there a way to extend my storage options? Could I move everything from my second drive and set it up for updates instead? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Sometimes the Downloads folder is the biggest space hog because people forget they're just leaving files there. Just be sure to check that first. Additionally, the paging file and temp files in your user profile can also take up space and are worth clearing out.
You might want to try using a program like TreeSize Free or similar to visualize your drive space. It can help you identify large files or folders you can move. Generally, it’s not a good idea to relocate core Windows directories to another drive without knowing what you're doing, but if your C drive is at least 128GB, cleaning up your user profile should alleviate some issues.

Yeah, I keep my Downloads folder tidy, but I've double-checked and it's empty now.
