I've been experiencing a frustrating issue with my AirPods 4 while trying to connect them to my Windows 11 computer. A few days ago, they became difficult to connect. I even tried unpairing and re-pairing them, but they don't appear on the list of discoverable devices while in pairing mode. Sometimes I see a device called 'AirPods - Find My', and when I click on it, my computer's audio goes silent, but I can't hear anything through my AirPods, and it disconnects almost immediately. They were previously listed simply as 'AirPods' on my computer, so I'm not sure what this 'Find My' device is about. I've checked the drivers (strangely, there isn't an AirPods-specific driver) and have switched Bluetooth services from manual to automatic, but nothing seems to work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like your PC is detecting the AirPods' Bluetooth Low Energy signal instead of the audio streaming signal. Try completely removing the AirPods from your device list, then perform a reset on the AirPods before attempting to pair them again.

I've already tried a bunch of things: uninstalling the AirPods drivers, changing Bluetooth services, removing the device from Find My on my phone, doing a hard reset on the AirPods, and even disabling hands-free telephony in the control panel. However, they still don't show up as discoverable, and when they do connect, they disconnect whenever I try to play audio. It's getting really frustrating!
