My mom is really struggling to sleep because she keeps hearing a high-pitched buzzing noise that she believes is coming from the electronics in our house. The peculiar thing is, no one else seems to hear it. We don't want to just start unplugging everything, especially since we're unsure if that would even help. Can anyone provide advice on how to troubleshoot this issue? Could it be related to something other than our electronics?

It might help to note when she started noticing the noise. You could try switching off different devices at random and ask her afterward if she slept better that night.
Did she recently get new dental fillings? Sometimes that can contribute to weird sounds. Also, check if she’s using any electrical devices with small fans; those can have a buzzing sound too.
Try unplugging devices one at a time and see if she pins down the noise. If that doesn’t work, it might be worth consulting a doctor for hearing issues, as some people can detect pitches others can’t!
I once had a CRT monitor that only I could hear buzzing from, so it’s not too uncommon to be sensitive to certain sounds. If you have a pest deterrent device, try unplugging that too, as it might emit a noise that's only noticeable to some.
You might want to try turning off all the electronics one by one to see if you can pinpoint the source of the noise. Also, consider having her checked for tinnitus, which could explain why she's the only one hearing it.
