I'm planning to build a PC and I'm considering purchasing an RTX 5060, which would make my total cost around $750. Here are the other specs I'm working with: **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 5700, **RAM:** 16 GB at 3000 MHz, **PSU:** Deepcool PF750, **MOBO:** Asus TUF Gaming B550-PLUS WIFI II. I'm curious about a couple of things: first, will this setup cause any performance bottlenecks? Second, I want to ensure there won't be any issues with PCIe compatibility given that my motherboard supports PCIe 4.0, my CPU supports PCIe 3.0, and the RTX 5060 uses PCIe 5.0. If you think I should consider a different or cheaper GPU, please let me know!

I don't think the Ryzen 5700 is the best choice either. It's more like a laptop CPU, which is why it's capped at PCIe 3.0. Just keep in mind that the 8GB VRAM on the RTX 5060 might be limiting for some games. You could end up pulling textures from system RAM if you run out of VRAM, and that might lead to performance issues.
Your setup will technically work, but using the RTX 5060 with an older CPU like the 5700 is likely to hinder performance. I recommend checking out the 5600X or 5700X for better compatibility. Also, the PCIe 3.0 bandwidth will definitely restrict the RTX 5060's potential.
If you're okay with what fits your budget, then go for it. But yeah, the Ryzen 5700 seems like a weaker link here. Have you considered something like the 9060XT or even the newer Nvidia 40 series?
Honestly, the price for the RTX 5060 seems a bit high right now. With that budget, you might be able to nab a 5070 or even a 9070/9070XT, which would give you a significant upgrade over the 5060 itself.
