Hey everyone, I'm having a really frustrating issue with Microsoft Intune and iPhones. The 'Company Portal Temporarily Unavailable' message keeps popping up, and it's stopping me from deploying any iPhones. I've already opened a support ticket with Microsoft over a week ago, and then another yesterday, but I'm getting absolutely no response. It's infuriating considering how much I pay for their services. Has anyone experienced this issue before? What can I do to get them to acknowledge my tickets?

I feel your pain! I'm dealing with the same issue. Honestly, the only time I’ve gotten any resolution was when I had someone high up in the partner program talk to them on my behalf.
Submitting multiple tickets from different companies can sometimes prompt faster responses. Also, try getting your sales rep involved since they often have internal contacts that can help escalate your issue!
It's important to find out who your Microsoft account manager is. They have an escalation process for issues like this, and it can really speed things up.
I hear you! The last time I reached out, it took ages just to receive a generic response. Having a solid contact on the inside can really be a game-changer...If you have a partner or vendor, consider asking them to open your tickets for you as well.
If you manage to get them to respond, please share your strategy with us! I've been in the same boat and it's frustrating when you feel ignored.
