I have an iPhone (not exactly sure which model, but it's one of the newer ones) and I'm running into a serious problem with storage. I've been trying to delete a bunch of stuff to free up space, but now things have taken a turn for the worse. Some items won't delete anymore, and when I tried to force restart my phone, nothing happened. I can't even turn it off, and the only app I can access is the Photos app. What can I do to fix this?

I get that you're frustrated! The force restart should definitely work, no matter the storage situation. Just try the steps exactly as they're laid out: Volume Up, Volume Down, then hold the Power button. If that still doesn't help, you might want to consider connecting your iPhone to a computer and using iTunes or Finder to see if you can manage the storage that way.
If you're having trouble with your iPhone not restarting, you should still be able to force it to reboot. Here's how: First, quickly press and release the Volume Up button, then do the same with the Volume Down button. After that, press and hold the Power button until the Apple logo appears. This should not be blocked, no matter how full your storage is. If this doesn't work, there may be other issues at play.
