I'm having trouble with my Asus Vivobook Go14/15. The function keys are locked, and I wanted to change this in the BIOS. However, I'm unable to access Wi-Fi as it doesn't show up in the menu on the right. I also have no sound and can't modify settings like brightness or function keys. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It sounds like your network card might be the culprit. If it shows a yellow warning sign in Device Manager, that usually means there's a problem. After you reboot, check if Wi-Fi returns. If you’re still offline, consider using a USB Wi-Fi adapter as a temporary fix.
Try right-clicking to uninstall the wireless device from Device Manager and then reboot your laptop. This is a common problem with Vivobooks, and once you get back online, you should download the latest ASUS drivers.
Have you tried checking the network settings in Windows? If your keyboard was acting up before, make sure the trackpad is working too. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi to see if it’s turned off or if there's an issue with the hardware, like a physical Wi-Fi switch on the laptop.
